Who operates the website
FMS Solutions is the public brand. The contracting identity, verified contact address, applicable jurisdiction and privacy-request procedure require confirmation by the owner before accepting online enquiries.
Information you choose to share
The form requests your name, email, category, budget, timeline preference and project summary. Company, phone and an existing website are optional. Estimator selections may accompany an enquiry. Please omit passwords, financial details and sensitive customer or patient records.
Local drafts
When sending is unavailable, preparing a draft validates the form on your device. It does not send your details to the server. Copy and download actions use your browser; downloaded files and clipboard contents remain under your control. Form data is not stored in URLs or analytics.
Configured online enquiries
When approved and configured, the server validates the request, recalculates its estimate and saves a lead in Upstash Redis before asking Resend to send an internal notification. A reference confirms a persisted request; email-provider acceptance does not guarantee arrival in an inbox. There is no automatic marketing subscription or client confirmation email.
Abuse protection and providers
The website uses a hidden spam field, origin checks, payload limits and request limiting. Configured distributed rate limiting uses a salted hash of the hosting platform's trusted client address, or a shared bucket where no trusted address is available. Optional Cloudflare Turnstile validates a security challenge. Provider processing locations, terms and access must be reviewed by the operator.
Retention and your requests
The operator must configure a retention interval for stored leads and a separate mailbox retention policy, restrict provider access and publish a verified contact for access, correction or deletion requests. This draft makes no unverified legal or retention promise.
Tracking and updates
No advertising or analytics tracker is included in this implementation. Any later tracking, new provider or changed data practice requires a reviewed notice and appropriate consent controls.
See the project terms draft. The operator must replace or approve these drafts before enabling online submissions.
